Cancellation & No-Show Policy

This policy is designed to ensure that all clients have fair access to our clinic times and that the schedule runs efficiently.

Refund Policy

1. Required Notice for Cancellation

We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary: therefore, we respectfully request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your booked clinic.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled clinic time will result in the forfeiture of the full payment or deposit for that session. NO refund will be issued.

3. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled clinic without providing any prior notice (a "No-Show"), they will be charged for the full service fee or forfeit any deposit paid for that time slot. NO refund will be issued for No-Show.

4. How to Cancel

5. Exceptions

We recognize that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, illness or accident, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
